See some of my references from my customers:

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Tammy Sanders for the excellent way she handled our condo acquisition from start to finish. Buying a second home seemed like a scary process but her careful explanations and endless patience made it an adventure instead. What a relief to know that she was handling all the details! Tammy easily guided us through the process of making an offer and negotiated well with the seller.

We made several trips to Carolina Beach starting in April 09. Her willingness to work with us on evenings and weekends and her willingness to accommodate our schedule and meet our needs proved to us that she is an outstanding realtor! As a result of her assistance, we purchased our condo in late May.

After completing the purchase of our condo, she has remained in contact with us to ensure that we were successfully settled and happy with our new possession. At all times during the process she kept our best interests as priority. We value her service and would readily call on her if we ever planned to sale or purchase again.

We recommend Tammy Sanders without reservation. She is an excellent realtor and by far the best we have ever worked with. We believe anyone who selects her will receive excellent service and will find the property, or the buyer, they are seeking.

Tammy,

Thank you so much for your due diligence throughout this whole process! It was definitely a bonus having you in my corner!! I really mean that. It was a pleasure working with you. I will be your biggest advocate. If I hear anyone mention anything remotely close to wanting to buy a house, I will give them your card and give a good reference! Thank you again!

Missy

I stopped at the Remax office at Carolina Beach a couple of days ago to get some help. I met a Realtor who was terrific. Name is Tammy Sanders and she works for Remax – new building across from the Food Lion. Her office number is 910 793-2776. She has a lot of energy and she seems to be very realistic about things. I like professional people with lots of energy and I think Tammy is hard-working, creative, energetic, and realistic. She strikes me as being the type of person you could trust and enjoy working with on your property. Bob Skinner

Tammy,

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you for all of your hard work during the sale of my home. It was a difficult time to try to move a house quickly and you never gave up. It was refreshing to see your drive and dedication. You helped me understand where I needed to be to get the house sold. I also appreciate your patience and tolerance level. The bank was frustrating at the end to say the least. You never let up and I was always aware of what was going on. I wish you the best of luck and will definitely give you a call when we start getting Jessica’s ready to sell, or we are looking for our next home.

Please feel free to use me as a reference.

Regards,
Jeremy
